@ES The results obtained were as following.
@EN 1. The molecular weight of purified hemolysin was approximately 45, 000 daltons by gel filtration and was confirmed by SDS-PAGE.
2. Hemolytic and enterotoxic are not borne by the same molecule.
3. Aeromonas revealed on type of plasmid DNA and it was removed the plasmid DNA from Aeromonas with mitomycin C and acridine oragne.
4. When compared with strains of Aeromonas cured of the plasmid DNA, the plasmid DNA has the functions of sugar utility, enzyme production, and antibiotic resistance.
